This position involves managing and reconciling a portfolio of Self‑Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) accounts and overseeing their manual transfer to new providers. Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases
  • Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts сом new schemes
  • Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments, and bank reconciliations
  • Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes
  • Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements
