The position runs until Christmas 2025 with an immediate start.

Overview

Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN School in the South East who are currently looking to recruit an interim Senior Leader starting ASAP, until Christmas 2025. This is a 5 day per week role.

Role and responsibilities

As interim Senior Leader you will supporting an SEN School to improve Teaching and Learning across the school, developing teachers and leadership staff. There is no teaching but it is a hands-on role and you will be expected to support operationally in a busy SEN setting. Ideally you will have experience improving Teaching and Learning, improving pedagogy of teachers and supporting them with planning and practise. They are currently on a journey of improvement and looking for a strong leader with SEMH expertise, at Assistant Headteacher level or above.

Contract and requirements

Paid on a day rate in a secure contract up until Christmas. A DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential. Interviews and appointment taking place ASAP.
