Panoramic Associates are working with a leading provider of adult social care who are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to oversee a learning disabilities service in the Midlands. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for a confident and capable manager who can provide stability, drive quality, and ensure compliance.
The Interim Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities receive safe, person-centred support. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, uphold CQC standards, and foster a positive culture.
