Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in a specialist care setting? We're seeking an exceptional interim leader to support a well-established care home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in East Sussex.

About the Role

As Interim Registered Manager, you'll provide hands‑on leadership and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to maintain a safe, person‑centred environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
