Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years managerial experience in children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Experience supporting children with learning disabilities and emotional behavioral difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
• Ensure children thrive in their daily lives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the specialist home.
