Elevation Recruitment HR are proud to be working with a highly successful and reputable logistics company seeking an HR Advisor on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months on the outskirts of South Normanton area in the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire area.

Open to both part-time (3 days per week) or full-time, this role offers lots of flexibility and around hybrid working and working hours. Reporting into the Head of HR Central Services, you will be responsible for leading on the delivery of engagement projects and D&I activities:

  • Lead the analysis and delivery of employee engagement survey results, turning insight into action
  • Partner with managers to interpret results, provide clear briefs, and support the creation of meaningful, measurable action plans
  • Coach and challenge managers to embed engagement initiatives within their teams and day-to-day leadership approach
  • Own and facilitate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are impactful, inclusive, and aligned to business priorities
  • Review and update the Disability Confident assessment, driving continuous improvement and inclusive practices
  • Support and deliver initiatives aimed at reducing the gender pay gap, including data analysis and action planning
  • Identify and implement people-focused process improvements that enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Act as a trusted HR partner, championing engagement, inclusion, and culture across the organisation

Qualifications

You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial environment. You should be able to demonstrate successful and effective relationships with managers and be immediately available.
