A leading Educational organisation in East Midlands is seeking an Interim HR Operations Manager for an initial 3-month period. The role includes strategic oversight of HR processes, compliance, and systems, as well as leading a team and managing complex employee relations cases. Qualifications

  • Experienced HR Operations Manager with a track record in the education or public sector.
  • Proven background managing complex employee relations cases.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR Operations function with oversight of HR processes.
  • Provide expert advice on complex or high-risk employee relations.
  • Develop a team including HR Assistants and an HR Business Partner.
