A leading non-profit organization in South East London is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR and enhance employee engagement. The role requires 3/4 days onsite presence initially, with potential flexibility for remote work. An effective candidate will have experience in HR management and be able to manage employee relations effectively. The position offers a salary of £50,000 plus benefits and is for an initial 6-month contract.
We are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner, for an immediate start, for a non-profit organisation in South East London. Presence onsite ideally 3/4 days a week will be required initially ideally with some flexibility to work from home 2 days a week once established in role.
