Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' senior management experience within regulated health and social care services.
  • Proven experience managing residential and/or supported living services.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of CQC requirements and inspection frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across residential and supported living services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Lead safeguarding practice as a senior safeguarding lead.
  • Manage and respond to CQC inspections, commissioning reviews and audits.
