Robertson Bell are urgently recruiting for an interim Finance Business Partner to join a well-respected UK charity for a period of 3–6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to provide crucial financial insight to a key directorate within a highly regarded and mission-led organisation.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will act as a trusted advisor, providing financial analysis, robust reporting, and strategic support to ensure effective budget management across a £10m area of activity. The organisation is based in London, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with director-level stakeholders to deliver clear, insightful financial information that drives decision-making.
  • Leading on forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis across a complex area of the organisation.
  • Supporting the development of business cases and investment decisions.
  • Contributing to improvements in financial systems and processes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate strong experience in a finance business partnering role within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Be solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
