Interim Deputy Head of Maths and English
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Salary: £41,992 per annum pro rata

Hours: Full-Time

Contract Type: Temporary role 18 months

Join a forward-thinking educational institution committed to innovation and skills development. As Interim Deputy Head of Maths and English, you ll operationally lead the team, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning that empowers learners to achieve and progress.

You ll work closely with the Head of Department and cross-site teams to drive curriculum planning, quality improvement, and learner outcomes. From leading team meetings and managing performance to coordinating exams and analysing data, your role will be pivotal in shaping the learner experience.

You ll also support the implementation of MEZO workshops and collaborate with vocational and support teams to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to education.
