A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Commercial Manager for a hybrid working role in London. This initial 6-month contract, inside IR35, offers a competitive rate of up to £650 per day. Ideal candidates will have public sector experience, knowledge of NEC4, and a background in works and refurbishment projects. The role starts ASAP and has opportunities for extension, contingent upon passing security checks. Immediate interviews available.

Job description

Hybrid working, Commercial Manager required for an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35, paying to £650 per day. We're looking for someone with public sector experience, NEC4 knowledge, and a background in works & refurbishment projects.

This role is to start asap and has significant opportunity to extend beyond 6 months.

You will be adaptive, able to drive excellent stakeholder relationships in a compex environment and ideally have prior experience of delivering to deadlines on £multi million public sector programmes.
