With operations spanning the US, EMEA and APAC, the firm delivers strategic and technical services across a diverse client base. As the business accelerates through organic growth and international M&A, they are looking to recruit a proven Interim COO to support scalable, high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

The Role

The Interim COO will lead global delivery and operational support, driving consistent, profitable outcomes and executing strategic goals. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Board, the role is accountable for delivered Revenue across all service lines. Key responsibilities include translating strategy into operating plans, leading transformation, overseeing service delivery, M&A integration, IT, and information security, and ensuring Board-level visibility on performance, risk, and client success.

The Person

• This role demands an experienced senior operational leader with extensive experience of scaling global delivery in a professional services digital consulting environment.
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced COO with experience of leading teams who support major transformation programmes, embedding AI-driven processes, and owned delivered Revenue; and will bring strong post-M&A integration experience, governance expertise in information security and risk, and the presence to influence C-suite and Board stakeholders. Commercial acumen, operational scalability, and financial discipline are essential.
