Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the charity sector at a senior leadership level.

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding principles and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff and volunteers, ensuring service continuity.
• Conduct an organisational and governance review.
• Deliver a full safeguarding audit.
• Assess skills and capacity across staff, volunteers, and trustees.
• Facilitate sensitive conversations and help rebuild trust.
• Advise on future leadership recruitment.
