Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in surveying, repairs, or maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of property compliance and planned works.
• Experience in procurement, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planned and major works programme.
• Manage capital programme according to the 5-Year Strategy.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety regulations.
• Oversee reactive maintenance and contractors.
