Overview

Interim Accountant - Data collation & Fixed Assets - 6 month contract - Okehampton - £competitive

Have you got an eye for detail, have a good understanding of fixed asset accounting and are able to interpret data pulled from SAGE 50?

Responsibilities

• Review and compile accounting data from Sage Line 50
• Collate and reconcile fixed asset information to create a clear, accurate asset register
• Analyse and organise general accounting transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies and liaise with internal stakeholders for clarification
• Prepare structured reports and supporting schedules for management

Qualifications / Experience

• This role would suit a qualified or part-qualified accountant, or an experienced finance professional with a background in data-heavy accounting projects.
• A proactive, methodical approach and strong organisational skills are essential.
• Experience with Sage 50 is implied by the responsibilities (Sage Line 50) and project scope.
