Job Description
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in line with organisational requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide expert financial advice to stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Oversee reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with organisational goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Accountant should have:

  • Previous experience ideally within a similar type of organisaton
  • Qualified or QBE candidates are happy to be considered.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
