Our client, a leading architectural visualization studio, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interactive Technical Artist to join their dynamic team. Renowned for producing top-tier visuals, interactive experiences, VR, and films in collaboration with the world's top architects and property developers, they value inclusivity and respect for artistry from diverse creative backgrounds.

About the Role:

As an Interactive Technical Artist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing art pipelines. Your deep understanding of the Unreal Engine 5 content creation pipeline, coupled with knowledge of computer hardware specifications, will be pivotal in driving performance goals and optimizations for projects.

Essential Skills:

• Unreal Engine 5 content creation pipeline expertise
• BlueP
• Proficiency in HLSL and computer hardware specifications
• Experience shaping and evolving art pipelines
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, balancing Creative and Technical requirements

Desirable Skills:

• Technical Artist experience (highly advantageous)
• Experience with Unreal Insights, Substance suite, VR design and deployment, Niagara, Blueprints, and C++ (advantageous)
• Knowledge of architecture (desirable)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish efficient pipelines for data ingestion into Unreal from 3D CAD packages
• Prepare documentation for pipelines, tools, and procedures
• Conduct benchmarking for project features through research and testing
• Prototype features and provide transparent accounts of their performance
• Collaborate with Project Lead and/or Art Director on technical output
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
• Update documentation, fix performance bugs, and polish project features
• Support/Train Artists to elevate creative standards through technical workflows and artist tools
