Job description

Overview

Interaction Designer, you will: Create high quality designs which are clear and accessible. Use various design and prototyping software to create user journeys & design components. Use user research, data, and feedback to inform your design decisions. Collaborate with other teams and specialisms, like Content Designers, User Researchers, Developers, Product, Delivery. Report on and present your work, both internally and to client stakeholders. Work closely with our UX & Design Team to share knowledge & skills, participate with the design community in community calls and other sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality, clear and accessible designs.
• Develop user journeys and design components using design and prototyping software.
• Inform design decisions with user research, data, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Content Designers, User Researchers, Developers, Product, Delivery and other teams.
• Report on and present work to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Share knowledge within the UX & Design Team and participate in design community sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant experience as an Interaction designer or in a similar field.
• Experience with design systems/libraries, style guides, and existing patterns/guidelines.
• Ability to address the needs of key stakeholders while creating user-centric design and high quality UX experiences.
• Proficiency with design software such as Sketch, Figma and InVision.
