Qualifications

  • Ability to work accurately and effectively to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to liaise with the wider team to ensure information is obtained and accurate.
  • A proactive contributor to team success, spotting issues and solving them.
  • Fluency in English with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Preferable experience in Service Charge accounts and knowledge of accounting legislation.
  • Proficient in using MS packages, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support with setup and administration of onboarding new sites onto Qube.
  • Maintain accurate data during onboarding and offboarding properties.
  • Liaise with other finance departments to resolve queries.
  • Manage personal and shared inboxes to ensure swift answers to queries.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support with set up and administration of onboarding new sites onto Qube
  • Maintain accurate data when onboarding and offboarding properties
  • Liaising with other finance departments and wider integration team to ensure queries are resolved
  • Managing personal and shared inboxes to ensure all queries are answered swiftly and accurately.
What you need to succeed

  • Able to proactively contribute to team success, spot issues and solve them
  • Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Service Charge accounts experience preferable, including some knowledge of accounting legislation
  • Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages especially Excel as well as a range of internal systems
  • Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment
