Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, promoting system functionality, and managing relationships. As an Insurer Account Manager at Acturis, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients nationwide and be responsible for them in a variety of ways (face to face, phone, webchat, client portal, email, events). You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring that our clients make the most out of our system whilst efficiently handling any potential issues that arise.

Promotingawarenessofnewsystemfunctionalityanddemonstratingitsbenefits
Promotingtheuptakeofneworadditionalservicesandmodulestoexistingcustomers
Settingjointgoalswithcustomers,agreeinganactionplan,andfollowinguponprogress
Effectivelydealingwithcustomerescalationsandcreditcontrolissues
Maintainingahighlevelofsystemknowledgeandawarenessofnewandfuturedevelopments
AttendingindustryeventsandrepresentingActurisinaprofessionalandpositivemanner
ProvidingonsitesupportfornewActuriscustomers
Leadingnewandmanagingexistingcustomercontracts
Hostingprojectscopingsessionsandperiodicsteeringmeetingstounderstandclients’ongoingrequirements
Duetothenatureofthisposition,therewillbenationwidetraveltoclientsites.

A2:1oraboveatBachelor’s-levelinananalyticaldegreesubjectisdesirablebutnotessential.

Confidentandeagertotakeonresponsibilityandtheabilitytolearnnewskillsquickly.
