Overview

An established national firm is looking for an Insurance Solicitor – Supervisor to join its property damage team. This role offers the chance to manage a varied civil litigation caseload in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session while supervising a team of Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.

Role Requirements
  • Supervise a team handling pre-litigation and litigation cases up to £250k
  • Manage a reduced personal caseload and support senior lawyers on complex matters
  • Ensure effective case progression, team development and performance management
  • Act as a client contact and contribute to business development activities
Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with civil litigation experience
  • Knowledge of Scottish court procedures and commercial litigation
  • Supervisory or mentoring experience desirable
Skills
