⏰ Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm // Saturday 9am - 1pm (1 in 4 Saturday's).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle all new business enquiries and provide accurate insurance quotations.
• Work as part of a phone-based team managing both inbound calls from marketing campaigns and outbound calls to customers requesting contact.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions across a range of products.
• Convert enquiries into sales by arranging insurance policies for the coming year.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process.
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines when discussing insurance products.
• Manage customer information accurately and update systems as required.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to build product knowledge and sales skills.
