Job summary

A prestigious law firm in Manchester is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure compliance with performance standards and deliver excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate will conduct client file reviews, produce performance reports, and collaborate with team members to foster continuous improvements. A solid understanding of insurance litigation processes and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes.
  • Experience in an insurance claims related environment.
  • Experience with MS Office required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete client file reviews to monitor SLA adherence.
  • Produce audit performance reports for QA Manager.
  • Provide constructive feedback to fee earners.
  • Engage with team projects to drive improvements.
  • Work with Partners and Risk Teams on service level agreements.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes
Experience within an insurance claims related environment
Experience of MS Office
Proven audit and technical skills
Strong consulting, influencing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
