What you’ll be doing :
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, benefits, and claims
  • Assisting customers with their health insurance applications, renewals, and account queries
  • Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system
