Insurance Administrator

£30,000

What You'll Be Doing
  • Running quotes through open‑market portals
  • Capturing risk details and producing sharp quotation reports
  • Contacting insurers for terms and renewals
  • Using Acturis to create policies, raise invoices, and process acceptances
  • Preparing policy packs, cover notes and confirmations
  • Creating key docs (No Claims, NDAs, "To Whom It May Concern" letters)
  • Keeping data clean, accurate, and compliant
  • Jumping into team projects when needed
Must‑Haves
  • Some insurance knowledge already under your belt
  • Experience using Acturis
  • Razor‑sharp attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • Happy juggling tasks in a busy environment
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • HubSpot experience
  • Exposure to commercial insurance or client support
  • Ambition to move into broking (we LOVE this!)
