NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Instructional Designer to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.

The Instructional Designer plays a vital role in enabling organisational capability and employee development through the design of inclusive, engaging, and effective learning experiences including face‑to‑face, virtual and e‑learning.
This role ensures learning solutions are aligned with strategic priorities, grounded in adult learning principles, and accessible across digital, virtual, and in‑person formats.

Doing all of this on behalf of the NHS gives NHS staff more time to focus on their main priority of providing excellent patient care.
