Why this role is critical: As our Lead Instructional Designer, you\'ll architect a learning revolution. You\'ll design highly effective, behaviourally informed learning experiences that drive platform fluency, embed new AI ways of working, and foster continuous improvement across our global network, focusing on our Agentic E2E vision.
What you\'ll be doing:
You'll leverage learning science to design and deliver transformative experiences for our new AI-enabled marketing platform. This includes:
Designing Performance-Driven Learning Ecosystems: Lead end-to-end design of dynamic, just-in-time learning solutions, integrating into workflows to enhance Employee and Client Experience. Develop micro-learnings, performance support, and adaptive e-learning for rapid upskilling.
Driving Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Behavioural and Service Designers to integrate motivational strategies and ensure seamless platform adoption, making learning an invisible part of the workflow.
Championing Learning Excellence & Mentorship: Mentor Senior Learning Designers and establish rigorous quality standards for content, aligning with our vision for platform fluency.
Measuring Impact & Optimising: Evaluate learning effectiveness through robust assessment, focusing on performance outcomes and skill gap reduction, using data for continuous optimization.
