A financial services firm in the UK is seeking an Institutional Client Solution & Strategy Strategist. This role is pivotal in enhancing their Institutional Solutions business, focusing on treasury management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with treasury products, including FX and cash management solutions. Additional responsibilities include problem-solving for private market participants and defining product strategies, all within a dynamic and supportive culture.
We're looking for an Institutional Client Solution & Strategy Strategist to fuel the growth of our Institutional Solutions business. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact in helping expand Ebury's fastest growing client segment and provide products and solutions to solve their treasury needs. The role reports to the MD Institutional.
You will help to discover the biggest treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants like investment funds, LPs, and financing vehicles and their service providers being fund administrators, law firms, and auditors. You will solve these problems through technology, analytics, product and operations. You will define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross‑functional teams and stakeholders towards a common goal. You will operate as part of a cross‑functional team including Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
Key focus areas include FX, Derivatives, Interest income and regional growth.
You will collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients & prospective clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment and successful product outcomes. You will maintain a strong understanding of the market and conduct competitor analysis for product offering, functionality, pricing to inform development of the product roadmap. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.
