Job summary

A leading project management company is seeking an Installations Coordinator to join their team in Chessington. The role requires exceptional diary management and administrative skills. You'll be responsible for booking installation visits, ensuring the install team has the necessary passes, and updating Health & Safety RAMs reports. Installations Coordinator

Location: Chessington

My client is a market leader specialising in Project Management, Creative & Technical Design, Artworking, Digital Content, Print, Experiential Brand Activation, and Sustainable Creative Production.

Job Role

The role of the Senior Installation Coordinator is a vital part of the installations team and an essential link between the Project Managers, the install team and sub-contractors.

The Senior Installation Coordinator will have exceptional diary management and administrative skills, along with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book installation visits to stores.
  • Ensure that the install team have all relevant passes and information packs.
  • Update Health & Safety RAMs reports and submit to the relevant store prior to the install.
Minimum Requirements
  • Understanding of the print and graphics market is desirable but not essential. Experience in a similar industry will be considered.
  • Scheduling and coordinating install experience.
  • Highly organised.
  • Extensive administrative skills.
  • Understanding materials, tools and the installation process.
  • Retail space knowledge and experience is desirable.
