Your day will revolve around managing complex Installation & Commissioning (I&C) projects while supporting regional teams. You will collaborate with diverse departments to optimise project methods, tools, planning, and training, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. By leveraging your technical knowledge and leadership skills, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth installation and commissioning of control systems, significantly contributing to project success and client satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Guide and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex installation and commissioning (I&C) projects.
  • Support central and regional functions with planning, coordination, and implementation of control system upgrades, including developing detailed project schedules and managing I&C toolkits.
  • Review and assess customer agreements and delivery capability with regional teams to ensure readiness for effective I&C service execution.
  • Maintain alignment across stakeholders by driving clear communication strategies that help cross-functional teams understand project scope, specifications, and progress.
  • Resolve complex technical and operational challenges during I&C phases, managing scope changes and ensuring punch-list closure with customers.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in installing and commissioning industrial control systems, with a proven track record in project delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols
  • Proficient in project management, including timeline development and resource coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for navigating complex technical challenges.
