Qualifications

• Experience in corporate and/or personal insolvency.
• Strong technical understanding of the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules, and Companies Act.
• Ability to handle both contentious and advisory matters.

Responsibilities

• Act on administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcy matters.
• Advise on contentious insolvency including misfeasance claims.
• Draft and negotiate documentation for insolvency proposals.

Skills
