Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to manage various corporate insolvency cases. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures while processing these cases to closure. Ideal applicants should have experience in UK corporate insolvency and excellent organizational skills. A CPI qualification is preferred but not mandatory. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and a 4-day work week with hybrid working options.

Insolvency Administrator

Location: Sutton

Basic salary: upto £45,000 DOE + benefits package

Working week: 4 day week – 8‑6 pm Mon‑Thur (office closed on Fridays)

Working pattern: 3 days office, 1 from home

Holidays: 6.3 weeks including bank holidays (increases after 1 year)

As a Insolvency Administrator, you will take a vital role in working on a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases for this independent accountancy practice. Your primary focus will be to process these appointments through to closure, in a compliant and timely manner in line with insolvency legislation and internal procedures.

  • Solid experience in UK corporate insolvency, handling corporate appointments from cradle to grave.
  • Ideally, holder of CPI qualification, although this is not a must if you have proven experience/exposure to offer.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
