About The Role

We're looking for a data‑driven Insight Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products and services. In this role, you'll collect, analyse and synthesise research to uncover customer needs and market opportunities. Your insights will inform innovation priorities and guide product development decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and conduct research: surveys, focus groups, interviews and market research to gather consumer data.
  • Analyse data: use statistical and analytical tools to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Report and present findings: create clear, compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends: stay ahead of competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: ensure insights inform product discovery and design.
  • Drive innovation: translate insights into opportunities for new products and propositions, prioritise initiatives and inform their design.
  • Maintain insight repository: keep our centralised database up to date and accessible.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly.
  • Business acumen and ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Customer centricity and understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and human‑centred design principles.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in market research, behavioural science, data science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for using data insights to improve customer experience.
