The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for finding new agents, retaining the current agent portfolio, and developing innovative solutions for better sales and service. The role plays a crucial part in establishing relationships and marketing MoneyGram’s brand.
The Inside Sales Representative sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone/email contacting.
Education: BA/BS degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a sales role, selling, and servicing customers.
Essential Skills: An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers; ability to negotiate and engage agents; effective communication skills; ability to meet sales goals; ability to close sales; relationship-building skills; data entry skills/Excel/SF knowledge is preferred.
