We have an opportunity for an Ink Technician to join a world-class production facility that is focused on providing innovative, quality solutions to customers for a wide range of packaging requirements.

Main role r esponsibilities

• Managing and formulating UV inks
• Colour proofing
• Trouble shooting colour problems
• Colour matching by eye but predominantly with spectrophotometers

Key requirements

• Experience of UV inks
• A good eye for colour and of LAB Colour Space
• Experience of Xrite IFS v6.41 or similar
• Experience of working in print and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
• Able to work on own initiative
• An effective team player and communicator
• IT competent with MS Office
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
