  • Align with all organisational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure correct processes, approvals, and documentation are followed.
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
Must‑Have Experience for the Infrastructure & Cloud Architect with Tenant‑to‑Tenant / M&A integration
  • Tenant‑to‑Tenant migrations or significant M&A integration experience in large, global organisations (ideally within financial services).

  • Practical, recent experience with cross‑tenant M365 migrations.
  • Migration experience to Azure or between datacentres.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Hybrid Mode, M365 client‑side requirements, and backend architecture.
  • Experience working within ITIL change management governance.
The role requires
  • Extensive experience in an infrastructure cloud architecture position working primarily with Microsoft Azure & M365 technologies
  • Experience of architecting solutions to meet security and governance requirements
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, being able to document solutions clearly and a high and low level, and present to governing boards prior to technical implementation
  • Ability to assist with the technical delivery of solutions for multiple projects maintaining the agreed solution design
  • Experience of working within ITIL change management governance
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance to infrastructure engineers
  • Excellent communication skills, to be highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leaders
