A regional governance body is seeking an Information Governance and Corporate Complaints Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Legal and Governance team. You’ll provide operational leadership for our Information Governance and Corporate Complaints functions, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and embedding a culture of trust and continuous improvement. Your work will safeguard information, manage organisational risk, and use insights from complaints to shape better services for citizens.
