Job Type : Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours)

Compensation : COMMISSION ONLY Earn between $1000–$10000 monthly based on performance (on average)

Job Summary :

As an Influencer & Talent Agent you\'ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise you\'ll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts and strategically grow influencer careers.

What You\'ll Do

• Talent Representation: Represent, support and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies and record labels creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Relationship Building: Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement and drive revenue growth.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote flexible environment driving your own success.

You\'ll Thrive if You :

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
• Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and Kick.
• Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills.
• Are proactive, driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Combine hustle and patience, able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
• Are highly organized, skilled with data management and proficient in Google Sheets.
• Bonus : Past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles!
