Job description

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, results-driven beauty brand as their Influencer Partnerships Manager.

The role

This is a dynamic and newly created role for an experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager who can shape strategy, elevate brand visibility and drive commercial impact. You’ll lead influencer activity across key markets, champion consistent brand storytelling and work closely with paid media, social, ecommerce and wider marketing teams to maximise performance across the full funnel.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Full influencer budget ownership, KPI setting and ROI measurement
  • Driving consistent brand presentation across all influencer partnerships and launches
  • Ensuring unified brand messaging throughout the marketing funnel
  • Building annual spend budgets and tracking performance with the Senior Paid Media Manager
  • Reporting against commercial objectives and ROAS targets
  • Creating effective content and creative briefing processes and aligning with design teams
  • Building strong internal relationships across social, PR, paid media and ecommerce
  • Managing and developing the affiliate programme and onboarding new partners
  • Regulating and executing copy for influencer partnerships with whitelisting viability
How you’ll dazzle us

You bring 2+ years in a proven start-up/challenger brand environment of rapid growth within beauty in an equivalent role. You’ll have experience in high-growth beauty environments and can demonstrate the commercial impact of your influencer strategies. You’re analytical, confident and data-driven, with strong communication skills and a talent for managing relationships at every level. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, stay plugged into influencer culture and digital trends, and bring a proactive, make-it-happen approach. Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, third-party agencies and influencer activity in the UK, US and Australia will serve you well.
