This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Disney are looking for a culturally attuned, highly organised and creative Influencer Manager to join our team to help lead standout influencer campaigns for Disney+. Sitting within the regional Disney+ social and PR team, this role supports the Senior Social Media Manager and Director of Comms and Social in executing a holistic earned creator strategy that drives buzz, builds advocacy, and elevates our range of titles across both the UK and EMEA.
You will lead the influencer strategy at Disney+ ensuring it is fully integrated across multiple teams (Marketing, PR & Comms, Partnerships) whilst empowering a high-performing Influencer Supervisor to deliver bold, innovative creator content and standout activations that drive cultural relevance and audience engagement.
This is a strategic and creative role focused on developing our long-term content strategy to grow our ambassador programme, whilst leading broader influencer activations that will expand our creator network and deepen audience engagement.
We want a candidate who can spearhead bold, platform native ideas that elevate our content and brand in the social space and has expertise operating in both the gifted and paid influencer space. The chosen candidate will be the driving force behind exclusive influencer events, activations, premieres, junkets, press trips and creative production concepts to support an incredible content slate in 2026. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this candidate is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.
