The purpose of this role is to support the JD UK and EU Influencer & Talent Marketing team in executing strong Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns across JD’s various internal and 3rd party brand initiatives. This is a predominantly administrative role so strong organisational skills and attention to detail are key.
Assisting the Influencer & Talent Marketing team on day‑to‑day Influencer requirements with a focus on administrative tasks including – but not limited to:
Key objective is to support the JD UKand EU Influencer & Talent Marketing management team and strategy by maintaining the foundation of the Influencer & Talent Marketing team processes (e.g. invoice trackers, workflow tracker, stock removal tracker etc.) to allow the Influencer & Talent Marketing team to action the strategy effectively. An understanding of the current Influencer & Talent industry/market and possessing a genuine interest in Influencer & Talent Marketing. Organised individual. Eagerness to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude. Act as a support for senior members within the team. Experience in / understanding of working as a team and why this is important in the workplace. Displays a consistently positive attitude and understands the need for this in the workplace and how this affects development. Keen to pursue a career within Influencer marketing. Interest – and knowledge – of the JD brand and 3rd party brands. Good attention for detail. Strong communication skills: able to give direction and to liaise closely across different levels of the organization. Core training for role: Shogun training, Basic Excel, Basic PowerPoint, Influencer platform (at time of employment) training, Stock Removal Process, Basic UTM understanding, Contracting session with current influencer Manager incl. understanding of sign off process. Coupa (PO & Supplier set up).
