Key Responsibilities

Deliver consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

Conduct research and analysis to support project delivery.

Facilitate client interviews and meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.

Develop project plans and produce high-quality deliverables using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Contribute to the development of internal standards, processes, and methodologies.

Skills We Can’t Do Without
  • Minimum 2 years’ consulting experience in healthcare, ideally in digital strategy, patient experience, or health data/informatics.
  • Experience with the New Hospital Programme and/or Frontline Digitisation agendas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality reports and documents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with NHS or healthcare customers in the UK.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with operational improvement/excellence initiatives.
