They are seeking an Industrial Recruitment Professional who is focused, dynamic and has a passion for a 360-degree recruitment role.

It is essential that the successful candidate knows the Milton Keynes area and can hit the ground running with passion and drive to develop new recruitment opportunities—whether within local businesses, larger contracts or on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new recruitment opportunities within Industrial, Warehousing and Semi-Skilled roles to support placements (temp, contract or permanent).
• Hit the ground running by building relationships with local businesses, larger contracts and on-site locations.
• Develop volume business in the Buckinghamshire area and contribute to new business development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 24 months of experience in Industrial recruitment.
• Experience developing volume business in Buckinghamshire is advantageous.
• Strong passion for new business development and opportunities for placements (temp, contract or permanent).
• Current driving licence and access to a car.
