The Role

Industrial Electrician – permanent, site‑mobile role with a leading contractor in Kent and the South East.

This position blends Installation and Maintenance across aggregates and water industry infrastructure.

• Mobile working across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and Oxford.
• Manage fault rectification and oversee small‑to‑large installation projects.
• Troubleshoot systems and recommend critical infrastructure improvements.
• Document equipment needs and complete detailed technical test sheets.
• Operate strictly to RAMS and ensure full HSEQ compliance.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process or plant electrical installations.
• Valid ECS Gold Card required.
• 2391 (or equivalent) testing preferred; strong fixed‑wire testing knowledge.
• Expertise in Controls fault finding and reading project plans.
• IT literate for digital reporting; experience with Simpro is a plus.
• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ mindset, comfortable working solo or in a team.

The Package

• £47,000 – £55,000 p.a. (DOE) plus benefits.
• Mon‑Fri, 07:30 – 17:00.
• Call‑out rota with extra remuneration.
