Our new Central Leeds office is the platform to deliver a premium service to North East and Leeds Central regions.
In this arena only service levels delivering excellence will be accepted by the client.
Responsibilities
- Operating as an Industrial Door Engineer's Assistant / Trainee / Mate, you will attend site assisting a Lead Engineer with all installation, repair, service, maintenance and PPM works on customer sites across the North East and Leeds Central regions.
- Partnering a Lead Engineer as part of a Mobile Engineer team providing attendance on all client sites for industrial and commercial doors, including loading bay equipment throughout the region.
- Demonstrating working to demanding deadlines, possessing a can-do attitude, creative mind, high level of energy, enthusiasm and happy to communicate with customers at all levels.
- Ensuring safety of yourself, your co-worker and others at all times including the client, his employees and site visitors, adhering to RAMS and specific working policies.
- Providing exceptional service level at all times and adhering to company instruction, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all company-issued equipment is respected, maintained and kept in excellent condition at all times.
- Upholding Shields image and reputation: be presentable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and courteous to others.
