Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and deliver all site inductions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Engage with project team members to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage and direct the induction process, including planning and scheduling inductions.
• Ensure induction delivery represents the current status of the project.
