Job summary

A well-established community health organization in England is looking for a Qualified Mental Health Nurse or NMP to join their team. This role involves working closely with medical teams, prescribing medication, and reviewing patients in various settings. The successful candidate will help improve quality initiatives and support a diverse team dedicated to mental health care. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £47,810 to £54,710 annually.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse with experience in community mental health.
• UK driver's license and access to a car required.
• Experience in a Nurse Prescriber role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Medical Team including Consultant Psychiatrist and Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
• Review patients in clinic and prescribe medication.
• Carry out medical reviews in patients' homes or Care Homes.
• Take on a leadership role and develop quality improvement initiatives.
