Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative.
• Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs.
• Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site.
• Work independently to a high-quality standard.
