Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience of the occupation area or sector at level 3.
• Knowledge and understanding of Diagnostic imaging.
• Hold Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Willingness to travel for practical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess the performance of candidates according to grading criteria.
• Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Ensure EPA reports and assessment evidence are high quality.
• Participate in training and standardisation activities.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of legislation and codes of practice

Technical knowledge of the Diagnostic imaging industry

Ability to assess free from bias

Education

Relevant qualification at or above level being assessed

Formal assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA)
